Abysmal customer service!

Ordered an activity day with Wowcher. When i contacted the merchant he said he didn't know it was on Wowcher, however I went ahead and purchased the voucher. The next 2 weeks I emailed and rang the merchant to organise the activity date, but he ignored phone calls, voice mails and emails. Contacted local Wowcher Liverpool/Manchester - said they would look into it and call me back. Rang them 3 times over the period of 2 more weeks with my concerns about the merchant and issues redeeming my product and not once did they return my calls. Finally got through to the merchant to arrange a a date and he was going to confirm it. Rang and emailed him for 2 weeks since and nothing at all. Rang Wowcher to tell them, someone will get back to you in 72 hours - they didn't. They also, despite my concerns and issues raised had the merchant re-run this deal which I find absolutely appalling. Finally rang up again and they are now refunding. No apology, no acknowledgement of the poor service they have provided. This is the 1st time I have used Wowcher to buy a voucher for an activity day instead of just consumer goods. I would never buy anything from them again, as although the Merchant's behaviour was not their fault, they made no effort to resolve this issue for myself the customer and were very unhelpul and unprofessional throughout the whole process.
I am writing this so that other people don't have to go through the same annoying, time consuming and taking into account all the 0844 numbers you have to ring to get a response, expensive experience!

Rubbish customer servivce

Have been with talk talk for years and had no problems, v happy with service.
Recently had an issue where an engineer that talk talk sent out drilled throiugh the wire of my other talk talk service. Engineer came out an noticed straight away previous engineer mistake.
Talk talk waited 2 months then charged me £50 for this when it was their mistake.
Then after rinign various times and discussing with at times unapologetic & rude staff
I was told that it was my fault so would be charged for this!!!
