Having booked with P2G, I was surprised that despite being the cheapest quote available, it also offered a better service than what ParcelForce offered at nearly three times the cost.
Unfortunately another courier collected my parcel by mistake and wasn't noticed until UPS turned up. After few phone calls and a chat with the P2G online help service, the parcel was located and delivered back the next morning. This mistake wasn't P2G's problem so I was expecting at least an administration charge for the mistake.
Nope, the online chat with NICK (thanks Nick) answered my questions, emailed me new labels (in less than 2 minutes) and confirmed that there was NO CHARGE.
