Brilliant staff

Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Especially Melanie. I ordered a necklace for my sisters birthday. Staff phoned to say it was out of stock. They said they had a larger 1 in stock. They sent it out next day delivery which they paid for. Necklace wasn't suitable as was bit too big. Phoned tresor Paris and they sent out pre paid envelope next morning. All in was from ordering and returning and receiving my cash back it all happened in 5 days. Keep up the great customer service team. Just a shame all companies are not like you all. Thanks again
