You can't argue with the selection, and the quality of the goods I've purchased on the site are surprisingly good. What drives me batty is the ridiculous service model: it takes weeks to put together your order, assuming they even can; if they can't, they hold your refund for several days or weeks after. Returning items is a significant chore: beyond paying for the return shipping, you have to wait for it to be repackaged and shipped back to Hong Kong for verification; it can take 8-12 weeks to get reimbursed, preventing you from exchanging for the items you do want, since those items are likely to be long gone. This is my last order with them--using up credit--until they start doing distribution for American customers FROM America, not Hong Kong.
