I ordered a dozen roses for my girlfriend, who is working in Barcelona, to be delivered on Valentine's Day. The flowers did not arrive, although she was at the address I gave all day. No-one contacted her on her mobile number I had given. The flowers were a surprise for her, and apart from being dissapointed that iFlorist has charged me when they were not delivered, I am also very annoyed because the non-delivery led to an argument with my girlfriend - she believed that I had not done anything for her on Valentine's Day, and I had to explain that I had, but I used a company which does not honour the service they offer. The flowers still have not been delivered, a week later. I am now trying in vain to get a refund from them for the cost of the flowers, which were nearly 80 pounds. I sent an email & opened a complaint ticket five days ago, and have heard nothing at at all. As many of the other reviews say, avoid at all costs - total waste of time.
