Money taken but no reply to maile enquiry

The booking transaction was seamless and the money taken however the automated final web page advised a confirmation e-mail would be sent. Never received it, mailed an enquiry but still no reply. At the moment I could well be in a position with no confirmed booking!!
Doesn't appear to be any means of contacting to get a reply?!
If I get the required response and confirmation then there will be no outstanding issues
