The best way I can explain Central is their staff talk to you not so much as a customer, but as a person. There was none of the usual corporate nonsense and I found it very refreshing. I even got into a mail exchange about volunteer trips to Africa with one of the sales guys. I really liked the "hands off/low pressure" approach to sales - I was given the info I requested and asked if I would like a follow up at some point later at a time of my choosing. Delivery expectations were set and all the options checked out. Delivery was on time and the car is great. I will definitely be considering leasing again in future and will definitely get a first quote from Central. The only thing that I'd fault was the overpriced GAP insurance quote, but its not mandatory (or even sold heavily like main dealers try to do) and so I got mine cheaper elsewhere.
