Disgraceful delivery

i was so disappointed when my next day delivery order costing an extra £5.99 came almost an entire week later. i believe the term 'next day' was not taken seriously in this case. the items ordered were urgently needed hence the fact that they were ordered for the next day. i was deeply distressed and without an outfit resulting in myself going out and having to buy another outfit from else where costing more money. If any of my friends / associates ask me about this site, it will be negative word of mouth !

I have checked your account and can see delivery was attempted the next working but there was nobody present at the delivery address.
