Ordered 2 Hammerheads before a professional two month trip to Indonesia. Needed one for me and one for my dive guide. This item was critical for my work for communicating with my dive guide uw and in case of an emergency. I NEVER got an email from Mikes website about the order or its status. NEVER. Despite what they claim on the website. I called the company and I was reassured that I would get them before my departure date and they never came on time. I am sure "someone else is to blame...." I had the highest regard for this company, well NOT ANYMORE. May be what in my opinion used to be one of the best diveshops in the UK grew too big and is unable to service its customers. Thank you for offering an opportunity to say THAT I AM A VERY DISSATISFIED AND ANGRY CUSTOMER. And I do not care if you reimburse me or not. I care that I am here in Indonesia without the items that I needed for my work. Please do not make claims on your website that you are unable to fulfill.
