Love the company, though delivery issues...

Computer arrived in one piece and I'm very happy with it no complains in that department. However, they use DPD delivery which in my case is a huge problem as they can't seem to find my house and instead deliver somewhere else. So as soon as I found out what they are using I called PCspecialist they kindly told me that they have no control once product left their warehouse which was kind of a pain as i had to rearrange redelivery and insist a call to mobile before they go knock on someone else's door.

So 4 stars for using crappy delivery company, however it might be just me and my "not hard to find house". I'm happy overall so i would recommend it to a friend with confidence as long as DPD is not an issue.
