They couldn't care less when it comes to REFUNDING MONEY PAID FOR DELIVERY CHARGES EVEN IF YOUR ITEMS WERE CANCELLED BY THEM. I mean, SERIOUSLY? What a joke..such a big company and yet they do not take responsibility for their own technical failure. In the first place, they advertised that they had stocks online. Turns out, they did not have them. They still charged for delivery even though they refunded the cost of the items. I have sent 3 emails regarding this matter but they do not bother to respond. Pathetic to say the least.
