Poor Delivery,Poor Communication

Having placed my order on 12th January and being notified that it was dispatched on the 14th January and yet,it still hasn't arrived. While emailing them 3 times and still not getting any assistance just makes this whole issue frustrating.Twice I had received the same automated email saying my order is on its way and it may take up to 7 days to process.Even including the 7 days,my order should have well arrived. They may not have control over the delivery process once the order leaves them but I'm sure they have full control over their communication with their customers. It is unacceptable how I simply emailed them the first time to ask about my order,then twice to ask again and request for a refund if they could not do anything about it and only receive the same automated message twice (one time i emailed them,they didn't even reply me).
I'm only simply asking to STOP giving me automated replies and either let me know what is ACTUALLY happening to my order or just give me a refund.
If they don't give me a proper solution,I'll probably have to go through PayPal and see if they can solve this for me as BeautyBay is not doing anything to help and I have not received my order even after more than a month wait and even requesting twice for a refund and still they do nothing about it.
