Terrible customer service and bad manners

Considering I haven't yet received my item yet and I am reviewing this company already says a lot.

I am left furious, disappointed and frustrated after 3 days of unreturned calls and bad manners from this company. I was even hung up on mid conversation as he felt 'the conversation had ended'. Unbelievable.

In the end I bypassed them and organised the delivery myself directly with the suppliers, taking a total of only 3 minutes.

Thanks for nothing Plumbnation.
