Incomplete/Damaged wardrobe - 7 days & 24 emails later still no answer!!!!!

What should have been a very striaightforward transaction has turned into an unbelievably frustrating and stressful situation. I paid £350 for a wardrobe which when it arrived was found to have a cracked panel, missing items & improperly drilled holes. I contacted Very immediately to let them know, even sending pictures of the damaged panel. They responded with one of theose incredibly annoying automated emails saying that they would respond within six working hours. They didn't! When they did it was to ask for further clarification of the problem. I replied. Another automated email and a 12 hour wait for a reply. To cut a long & boring story short, a further 24 emails & 7 days later they still haven't given me any answer whatsoever as to what they intend to do to sort this problem out and have onlyjust now (after 22 emails!!) told me that they cant speak to me because the account is in my husbands name.

So after a full week almost I am still left with a partially constructed wardrobe, clothes all over the place, no answer to what should have been a very simple problem to solve, and the desire to f***ing strangle someone!!!!!

This will be the last time I ever buy anything for Very & implore anyone to shop ANYWHERE else other than with this absolute shower of infuriating incompetant idiots!!!!
