Ordered goods. They never sent confirmation email but immediately took nearly £300 out of my account. Contacted them by emails which they ignored. When I phoned them on their premium rate number they said they only discovered after posting that the order had been processed that they did not have the item in stock and wouldn't be getting it in again. even though they had taken my money. I asked for a refund and a confirmation email to say they would be refunding my money, neither of these came. The matter is now in the hands of my bank's fraud department who are investigating. Their site has disappeared a week ago.
