Excellent value, Poor Packaging

I was really happy to find a site selling the product I needed for my dog at a really good price and free delivery. The downside was that the product (herbal tablets) came in boxes (not tins as diplayed on the website) and therefore flattened by time it had left their warehouse and gone through the royal mail system. Luckily the tablets weren't crushed but think they need more than a jiffy bag to arrive in the condition they were sent in! Or, supplied in the tin that's displayed!
I will buy again though - just need to check everything is ok when it arrives
