I've had the misfortune to have these clowns handle some goods from amazon.co.uk and now johnlewis.com,and both times they have been useless and the tracking information on there web site is nothing but a pack of lies.amazon uk used these idiots to send an otterbox case for my samsung glaxy s3 23 DAYS TO ARRIVE TO JERSEY !!!then when it did it arrive it was left in a public hallway and the box had been opened and bits were missing amazon did not care one bit!!!then from amazon uk again a little nokia slide phone this time 19 DAYS TO ARRIVE again the box was damaged and looked as if it had been stood on and kicked around.then on the 12th of june 2103 i ordered a blu ray player from johnlewis.com and to my shock and horror they used these idiots to handle the goods.i emailed john lewis and told them about these idiots and the response was on no citylink are very good !!! on the17 th of june i looked on there hopeless tracking web site same lies as the 12th of june the goods have been scanned at out depot and are on route to the delivery depot.i emailed john lewis who got in contact with the clowns who told them that the parcel was never received at there depot!!SO IF THIS IS THE CASE HOW CAN THEY HAVE BEEN SCANNED AT THERE DEPOT AND ON ROUTE TO THE DELIVERY DEPOT IF THEY NEVER HAD THE BLU RAY PLAYER IN THE 1ST PLACE !!!!! LIES LIES AND MORE LIES UTTERLY HOPELESS AND BARE FACED LIARS !!!! i emailed john lewis back and asked for a refund and a few hours later they replied saying they had sent out a replacement blu ray player AND SENT IT OUT VIA CITYLINK !!! I WAS GOB SMACKED !!!!!just beggars belief now i've now requested a full refund from john lewis ill never use them again ever

i ordered a blu ray player from john lewis on the 12th july 2013 for my friends birthday on the 19th of july 2013.then shock horror is seen it had been dispatched by the nightmare that is citylink.so i emailed john lewis voicing my concerns and was told oh no citylink are 100% reliable.so today the 17th of july still the same lying tracking information on there useless website.so i emailed john lewis and was then told the parcel had never arrived at there depot but the tracking information said it had been scanned at there depot and was on route to the delivery depot MORE LIES FORM CITYLINK .so i emailed john lewis and asked for a refund.they emailed me back saying they had sent a replacement WITH YES YOU'VE GUESSED IT CITYLINK.i am furious they have just ignored my request for a refund and sent out another blu ray player with them same useless so called courier company will never do any more business with john lewis again the worst customer care i have ever had from an internet mail order company.im now passing all the emails and tracking information onto the uk trading standards,they wont listen to me but they might listen to them
broadbandbuyer.co.uk is excellent.there web site is 1st class nice full colour pictures,along with a full description of what it is and what it does.along with customer reviews,so it gives a good idea of how good or bad an item is.there pre sales support email service is amazing,very speedy replies.dispatch times are a few hours,and there excellent speedy delivery service.overall an excellent company to shop with.highly recommended to anyone and everybody
i live in the channel islands and I've used overclockers now on a few occasions,and each time the shopping experience is the same excellent service.the web site is huge and its stocked to the brim,you could spend a few hours on there looking at all there wares,and they all have there own picture,and a good description.the ordering is easy,and the order is normally dispatched with in a few hours.i pay for next day delivery and it is as promised next day delivery service.totally brilliant service overclockers.
what can i say about mazuma mobile that hasn't already been said?they are an amazing company,and they do as they say they do,no broken promises here.i sent my phone off,it was delivered to them within a few days,was inspected and i had the money in my back account(via bank transfer)with a few hours of them receiving the phone .no hassle,no fuss.there help line is amazing as well very friendly staff.overall i would recommend mazuma mobile to any one and everyone. fantastic

i found kenable via Google and i'm so glad i did.there web site is massive,everything on there has a nice picture and a good description of what it is and what it does.i ordered some phono plug splitters first thing on the Thursday morning,they were dispatched within half an hour of ordering,and they arrived in Friday mornings post.and the amazing thing is i live in the channel islands,this really is outstanding service.everything on the web site is a low price, and they are off good quality.there postage to the channel islands are some of the lowest i have seen anywhere.i would highly recommend kenable to anyone and everyone.outstanding
