Too good to be True

Quoted £240 for full 3rd year service + mot. Ended up costing £430 as 'inclusive' quote didn't include brake fluid, pollen filter change + some sort of flush which also needed to be changed as per m/f recommendations.

I provided by car details when i booked, so they knew these items needed to be done.

So for £50 more I could have had extra peace of mind of getting service done by Range Rover dealer! And they'd probably have thrown in a valet.

What a shame, was really keen to find a reliable independent garage.
