Slick - in a good way

Very clear instructions. Decided to clear out some unwanted CDs. Although most were sold in the 20p-30p range that is 20-30p more than I would have got by simply throwing them out, and some surpisingly achieved quite a bit more.
Packaging instructions in the welcome pack that was emailed were also very clear and the courier arrived on the day expected. I happened to be in all that day but you could leave the package outside if you wanted / if you are prepared to take the risk.
Received an acknowledgement that the parcel had been collceted, another that it was received and a third to check bank details before a final one to say payment was on its way. All worked exactly as promised, a very slick, professional experience and one that I would use again.
