EXCELLENT SERVICE AND WHAT GREAT PRICES!

I wanted a particular mandolin and only had a limited budget. I had not hoped to find the one I wanted and expected to have to either settle for another , or save a little longer. However , I found Richtone did the mandolin for a fair bit cheaper than all the other retailers.This allowed me to stretch a little and achieve my desire.
There was a snag; the mandolin was not in stock but could be "pre-ordered".This was not an issue with Richtone but with the brand of mandolin and some other retailers had the same issue.
I decided to pre-order one. It took several weeks to come and did cause some anxieties.However , Richtone were excellent in the communications department and very helpful.They minimized all anxieties and gave me confidence and patience .The mandolin arrived , even prompter than they'd promised.They even adjusted my order delivery details after I cocked up the on-line order form , with just a single e-mail.
My "new baby" arrived , very well-packed, and I am very pleased with it. I will certainly buy from Richtone again , with confidence ( providing my wife allows another instrument into the house, eh?!) .
