I am so excited to have the opportunity to own land in my nation of origin, Scotland. About 4 years ago I discovered that my Elliott heritage comes from the Elliott clan headquarters in Redheough, Scotland. We are border Reivers with a rich Scottish tradition.
I work with Jerry Armstrong, who is a President in our corporation, and discovered that the Armstrong clan lands are adjacent to the Elliott clan lands to our west.
We also banded together many times to fight common enemies, both in England and rival Scottish clans.
I have always had a 'knightly, chivalrous' personality all my life. I always will step in and defend the weak, helpless or fearful person who is being threatened or oppressed by someone. It’s my nature.
After researching my Elliott Scottish Heritage History, I have found many answers to personal questions that I have pondered upon during my lifetime.
Now, to be able to actually own title to land in Scotland and receive the honored title of Laird is an exceptionally important event in my life that I am proud and eagerly anticipating for it to come to full resolution.
I am a member of The Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels; I am registered in the United States Library of Congress for Original Works of Music; I have been published in the professional magazine "Industry Weekly"; I have been listed in America's "Who's Who" of business executives; I helped to successfully negotiate the Missile Defense Treaty between the United states and the Czech Republic; I am a 4th generation Toyota Production system expert, and this Highland title of Laird is my pride and joy.
I am an Elliott from Scotland who now has land and title.
This is truly an historic event in my life equal to these few accomplishments that I previously listed.
Thank you for providing me the opportunity to establish and possess title and lands from my nation of origin.
The 'knightly' character that I have lived by my entire life is now officially confirmed.
