A slight blemish in their normally excellent service.

Their ordering system is fine, but, on this occasion they were out of stock of the most required item on order. From the information given it would appear that it was a picking problem, no stock on the shelf when the picker came to pull it. I was informed promptly of the problem but, I still have to wait two to three weeks for it come.

It won't stop me from ordering from them again - as long as they don't make a habit of it.
In addition, the out of stock item was advised to be delivered on the 25th and actually arrived on the 22nd. My trust in their good service has been restored!
