My dealings with KRS, and Brian McIntyre in particular, were invaluable to both myself and my brother in law, Anthony Nicholson.

On his behalf I applied for an enhanced life annuity. Although I have a background at senior level in Financial Services, this was new ground for me and Brian was there for me at every stage. His knowledge, advice and commitment were exceptional and I wish there were more people with that degree of high level customer service. His customer service was delivered in a very friendly manner, he was top rate at keeping me informed at every stage - and never made me feel any of my, at times probably inane, questions were a waste of time. He also understood the issues with Anthony and was very patient and kind to him.

My background can make me a critical customer but also makes it clear when I am getting the best - and KRS through Brian delivered this. Additonally he went above and beyond to assist me in a claim against poor service with a party involved in the process.
