I bought a MacBook Pro from the hut as they had an offer for 17% off however from completing the order my experience with The Hut was hellish.
They sent me an email asking to confirm some security details which is fair enough due to the price of the laptop. I then supplied my phone number as requested and was completely ignored. Despite sending emails to their email address, Facebook account, and their customer message centre I heard absolutely nothing, meanwhile my order was still pending.
I tried to find a telephone number to get in touch with them and all of their numbers are dead! The only one which worked was an automated message telling me to use the message centre on the website then it hangs up! Disgraceful customer care, in fact there is no care at all.
5 days after my order and I had had enough and decided to cancel my order with this bunch of cowboys. Interesting how they got in touch almost immediately after cancelling!!
The offers on this site are too good to be true, the service is the worst I've ever experienced, they clearly don't care about their customers, all in all I would avoid The Hut like the plague.
After that fiasco I went and got the laptop from the Apple shop and was treated well and experienced great customer service!
Long story short... Don't give The Hut your money.
