Poor delivery time, and sub standard product.
Delivery took two weeks which when you're paying £30 for it, it should be better.
The bikes I purchased didn't meet my high expectations. The gears on one weren't accurately assembled and needed further assistance, on the other the pedals needed re-threading.

Thank you for letting us know your views on this purchase, all the Merlin bikes we sell are build in our own workshops and are built to order and in order this does unfortunately lead to a build time of around 7-10 days. Delivery from there is only 48 hours. Any problems or help required on delivery please call our mechanics, cables do stretch from original assembly and will do so for the first ride ot two but can easily be adjusted by the deralleur cable adjusters. The pedal crank threads on the chainset should be fine, please note there is a left and right hand thread on the pedals. Please fell free to call us on 01772 432431 for any advise or help.
