I've been a long-term fan of Achica, and honestly find them truly wonderful - able to get high end, desirable products at a price I CAN afford.
Very few problems over a period of around 18 months, and when there is a problem, it is quickly and efficiently sorted.
My only real 'moan' is about the new style 'reserved' system - I find it very frustrating when, coming back after a specified time, the product appears to be available, so I put it in my basket, only to be told it is 'reserved/out of stock'. Perhaps the system takes a while to update, but would be great if it could be speeded up.
Told many, many family members and friends about Achica - the only one who isn't enamoured is hubby - think he has his eye on the wallet!!! Although he always likes the products, just not the number of times the delivery man calls!
