I was very excited for my brother to receive this product for his birthday. I ordered it well in advance and now 2 weeks after initially ordering it, and a week after his birthday, he is still waiting for his gift, as I am waiting for a response to my feedback. The only response I received from this was that I had to wait for 14 days until they are sure that Royal Mail have not just taken ages to receive it. My 14 days is now overdue and still not heard anything. A little proactivity would be appreciated, especially when other companies customer service means that if you have waited this long for a product, a new one arrived straight away.
