I will never ever order from a website if yodel are the company resonsible for delivering the item or items.I ordered some footwear from a website and got an email,less than 24 hours later, from the company to say my order had been dispatched.Thats great I thought my goods would arrive in next to no time Ill order from this company again.....then the fun began....after checking that my order was at the YODEL depot and ready to be delivered the next day all was well Ill sit at home all day and wait and wait and wait and wait all day as I did do and the following day too and still NOTHING so I ring YODEL and ask where is my parcel "I dont know" the customer service advisor said "Tell me your name and telephone number and Ill get someone to call u because your parcel is there but the driver has not picked it up" ok i thought so again o waited and waited till the next day and by this point I was getting more and more annoyed so early Saturday morning I rang again and was told again that my parcel was there and that he was going to check what was going on so again i heard nothing back so i rang again and was told by another person i dont know whats going on here is the drivers phone number u ring him great i thoought u want me to do your job for you so i ring and ring and ring and ring and message and text the driver no response so i call YODEL again the lady on the phone who works for YODEL said i dont know whats happening ill email the depot for you and again i tell her that this is totally unexceptable yes i know she said and began to apologise but after hearing loads of different excuses of loads of different "customer service advisers" and i use that term loosely her apology means jack sugar so at 5pm tea time on a saturday evening i get a call from the delivery driver and he says "I dont know why YODEL gave you my number because i dont deliver anywhere near you its not on my round "so because of the time and YODEL being closed I had to wait till monday to telephone YODEL to see what the hell was going on and so i did and was told to ring the company i originally ordered the goods from and tell them whats going on because we cannot find the parcel WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THIS 4 DAYS AGO and so i did and was told nothing could be done until they recieved a email from YODEL to say they had done a sweep of the depot to ensure the goods were not there and i had to wait another 48 hours which i very impatiently did and was getting even more annoyed then i was in the first place so i rang the company 48 hours later and was told blah blah blah youll have to wait longer which at this point i thought I AM NOT WAITING ANYMORE after being told to wait for over a week i was having none of it and told the lady this in which she replied that she would send me a legal statement to fill in and return to them to say i had not been in reciept of the goods so off i went and filoled it in and emailed it back and was told i would have to wait multiple weeks to get my money back as they had to investigate what had happened so I HAVE TO WAIT TO GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE OF THAT JOKE OF A COMPANY CANNOT GET A DAMN THING RIGHT so i waited and waited and kept ringing to which they must of got fed up of me because now they have sorted my refund and it is now in process but i will not be happy till i see the money in my bank account so IF U CAN AFFORD TO HAVE YOUR ITEMS GO MISSING AND FIGHT TO GET A REFUND AND AFFORD TO JUST CHUCK YOUR MONEY TO SOMEONE ELSE WHILST THEY MAKE MONEY OFF IT OR IF U CAN AFFORD TO LOSE YOUR MONEY FULL STOP OR YOU ARE WILLING TO FIGHT THESE PEOPLE DAY IN AND DAY OUT GO AHEAD AND DEAL WITH THE IDIOTS THAT ARE YODEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

unfortunatley i have to give them one star on this review site and i aill not be ordering off the website i ordered the goods off ever again and thats who else loses out because of YODEL the seller and the customer
