Great service and advice.

As a complete novice I was trying, after advice from friends, to update my RAM. I phoned Orca for help and the lady talked me through what I needed ( she did'nt try to sell me more than I required, I now know I have a 32 bit system???) and how to install them. I was most impressed by her knowledge and helpfulness. I wish other companies were as efficient.
Thanks I have no hesitation in recommending you to my friends.
