How would you feel if when you gave up a service you were charged £100 to no longer have that service! this is per service not to give up all services , so a line and a Broadband count as two services , hence £200 plus vat! How would you feel if when you speak to customer service they say "its in the terms and conditions that you signed" but then say we cannot show that you agreed to these terms because we don't keep copies. The fact is they never had a copy because an agreement was never signed. These tactics just show the true level of customer service that this company offers. Stay away at all "costs".
