When I spoke to them on the phone they were very helpful.I had an email to say my coat was on it's way and the tracking no. and it arrived as promised the next day.Unfortunately the coat was a bit tighter than I liked so I returned it.They credited my account as soon as they received it back,(not like some companies who like to keep your money as long as they can) and emailed to say that they had. Fantastic communication and service what more can you ask.
