My Valor electric/coal effect fire failed within two weeks of delivery.
It took several long waits to get through to your aftersales dept. (though I understand my call is important to you!). They were initially slow to respond, and didn't reply with follow-up phone calls as promised. I had to keep chasing, which is not good for endearing me to come back with more business, but eventually some action was taken and though still not resolved after another two week wait, I am getting return calls and understand a part is expected next week.
Hopefully all will now be well, but it would have been nice not to have had to chase all the time.
