A great range of products and quicker delivery than I expected, given that the carriage was free.

I was very pleased to find several of the specific items I was looking for (the animals usually seem to need several specialised things at once) all in one place. So often when you want to buy x and y and z at the same time you end up having to go to three different websites and paying three lots of postage, but not in this case. Delivery was quicker than I expected, normally if the carriage is free it's also slower but the time was very reasonable. Everything came well packaged and undamaged, I cannot fault the service. I ordered for my horse and cats on this occasion, and will definitely come back to GJW Titmuss in future for more essentials/treats for them; the wild bird supplies will also be of interest. I must end here and rescue the box of horse Verm-X from two of the cats, who are sniffing at it in fascination (possibly what the horse could smell too, she was all for helping me unpack the main box when I opened it outside her stable!).
