Disappointed - quality not at all as expected - item returned for refund

From the marketing language on the website generally I would have expected top quality but was very disappointed with the bed linen ordered. Duvet set returned for refund - black stitching on duvet cover was inferior. Would also have expected acknowledgement of returned package and estimate of when refund would be made. In future will stick to this kind of buying in store where I can examine quality before purchasing and therefore not having the bother of returning goods at own cost.
