I placed my order an received an email straight away telling me I would be notified when my contacts had been shipped and would be given my individual tracking information. After five days and no email, I emailed Feel Good Contacts to inquire about my order and whether it had actually shipped. The next day my ordered arrived. So, five day turnaround is not bad. No shipment notification or tracking number and no response to my direct inquiry, no so good.
