Derek Wren, Key Retirement's representative, paid me two visits by appointment, both on time. He was an extremely pleasant young man who explained the pros and cons of equity release very clearly. He also discussed the desirability of giving someone a Power of Attorney over my affairs should I become incapacitated. When I agreed to this, it was quickly followed up by Elizabeth Moody, a member of the legal team, who helped me make a decision.

I feel confident in their care and hope for a successful conclusion to both the equity release and the power of attorney shortly.
