POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LIES ABOUT STOCK!

I ordered a motherboard from waeplus and got the 8-10 day delivery as it was free. All was fine until i received an e-mail and confirmation that I ordered my motherboard and a PSU aswell. They hadn't charged for it but still...why was it there? god knows. I thought I would wait to see what arrived. Delivery date was 19-21st of feb and on the 21st i didn't receive it so I called up.
Someone answered after a 15min wait although it said I was first in the queue which I only assume means there is one person answering the phone. Although you press in your order no. while waiting as asked by the automated voice, the secretary still asked for the order no. Finally I was able to ask why I hadn't received the order and in this time i checked the website only to see it said your order is out of stock ! Questioning the woman she seemed to know little about anything what so ever, she said my order was damaged in transit, I asked both items? she said yes. I asked why it says out of stock? she said that was a mistake. I asked for a replacement and she then said sorry it is out of stock...How convenient i told her and I asked how was that possible? she explained the supplier was no longer supplying them. I just came to the conclusion the item was never in stock or ever sent as there was long pauses where i was muted and i heard whispering in the background. I asked for a refund and asked how long it will take, she didn't know as the person who deals with it wasn't in. I asked what account I used...she didn't know and she was unsure when it will be processed. Overall, a poor service from wae and I just checked now and saw an e-mail was sent about half hour before I called them just saying "your order is out of stock, contact wae if you have any questions" What a stupid company and stupid e-mail to send!
