Excellent Variety / Customer Service Needs Work

I really like the variety of products that Achica offer on a regular basis. I've been happy with the quality and value of the purchases. On the occasion that I needed to refund items I found their Customer Service to be lacking. The refunds were processed slowly to my bank account and without confirmation of receipt. There is no telephone number for queries and one of two queries I've made via the website was not answered. All refunds were received in full after a delay. They should improve this side of the business to increase customer confidence.
