ACHICA

Good products but shipping is not reliable & customer service is tough.

Achica has lovely products, but I've ordered a few things which came in torn up boxes with damaged products and missing pieces. The delivery person said this happens all the time. So from now I only plan on ordering non-breakable items.

Also, while customer service is fairly responsive, when there is a problem it is very tough to communicate on email alone and getting someone on the phone is not easy.
