i ordered a kitchen dresser in october, due for delivery in December. i have sent emails to Achica and despite receiving reassuring emails that they are in contact with the company and that this is not their usual standard of service,we have noy yet received our dresser. we spent over £1000-00- a substantial amount of money for us- and consider their current attempts to resolve the delay unacceptable. we are now, with regret, going to cancel the order.
