19.2.13 We reordered business cards from Printing.com, easy I thought as they have the design, just need to change the name as the cards are for a new employee.
So, I ordered AND PAID online indicating all the amends I needed. Then an hour later, to my horror, my local Printing.com agent sends me an invoice for "artwork amends" - for £18.
If you order online, indicate the amends online and it tells you a final price, you don't expect an email invoice. Simple! When I rasied this with the local agent, I was just told it was 'standard'. In my opinion this is terrible customer service.
In a nutshell, the product is fine, but the service, website and internal processing need an overhaul.
