Good prices and service but get a better carrier.

I have bought dog food and medication from Bestpet for several years now. Generally I have been very satisfied with their prices and service. After a low spot a couple of years ago, customer service has improved and continues to improve. Prices are almost always good to very good. Delivery by carrier of food and other heavy items is more patchy, special delivery instructions are usually ignored and delivery times are very variable though my last order was delivered very quickly.
