I bought a trolley case that I was so much looking forward to receiving. Instead I received a silver frame. I wrote to achica who stated that they couldnt get me a trolley case and that it would take 7 days to receive my monnies back. When I stated how let down I was with the whole affair they said they had tried their best. Indeed I dont feel they had, having worked in retail I understand when people aren't happy you can lessen the blow with maybe a voucher but Achica never once offered any apology reward.
