Not as quick paying or as easy to claim as made out to be...................................

I thought great quidco sounds brilliant especially with the cash back and so many retailers, it's a win win and getting cask back for purchases that I would be making anyway, wrong!!!!!!!!! not only do you have to wait absolutely ages for payments to be processed, it's a task in itself just to raise a claim especially with some retailers and the reference you have to input from receipts etc you need a crystal ball to be able to know what one they mean and even put you input every conceivable combination from your receipt that would resemble a code it's rejected or not recognised. In a year I have spent over £1,000 and on most occasions I have had to raise the claim myself, by the time I do receive a payment £5 is deducted as it has gone into the next year and the fee then applies, I thought that this would be an easy way to save so far I am due quite a bit in cash back but have been waiting for so long now and by the time they are confirmed and paid it will be into next year and lose another £5 so really you are not getting what you really should be. I'm not impressed with quidco I have also recommended to many friends who have registered and they are not that impressed either.
