On morning of 12 February from Train station I phoned out of hours no to David Gibbins, as we had not received our voucher and confirmation within 72 hrs of booking. Mr Gibbins advised that their was a problem with his system and advised he would phone office at 8am (25 mins time), he took my phone number.
He phoned me back promptly and sent my voucher and confirmation. I asked if he could forward voucher to hotel for me and he did.
When I arrived at our hotel, I mentioned I would need to print voucher and receptionist advised that they had copy forwarded to them and a call from Mr Gibbins confirming our booking.
The prompt and efficient service that Mr Gibbons gave was wonderful and appreciated. He did the job himself and did not pass on to office to sort out which shows really good service. I will be booking again with Alpharooms and would recommend to all my friends.
