I recently placed an order, opting for next day delivery. Unfortunately there was a problem, the courier, UPS, messed up which meant that my order didn't arrive the following day. However I was contacted early morning by James from Sigma sport to let me know that there had been a problem and I wouldn't be receiving my order that day. I was immediately offered a full-refund for the delivery charge, and another unit was dispatched with royal mail special delivery.
Even despite the slight delay with delivery I am very happy with the service I received. The staff were very professional, friendly and apologetic (even though the delivery blip wasn't their fault) - great customer service! Also, Sigma sport seem to be the only company to have stock of the new Garmin edge 510, at a great price.
Will definitely use Sigma sport again and would definitely recommend.
