The item that I ordered did not arrive instead a cheaper version was seny.

If an item you order is not available, advise, do not send an alternative but cheaper version expecting the end user accept it, especially when the item is available from other retailers. Your response, when you phoned was, that the item is no longer available from your supplier, which i have now checked and it is available from other retailers but there are also lots of the cheaper version readily available as well, it I believe was a con and has left a very bad taste,
The Item ordered was Optrex Actimist Eye Spray and the item suppled was Optrex Actimist 2 in 1 eye spray, a much cheaper alternative!
