Lying to customers is definitely not the way forward but fulfilling customers expectations based on Thurgo's own written standards is. It seems to me the latter concept has been forgotten at Thurgo who clearly employ the former when they can't fulfil their obligations by telling customers their order will be dispatched on a particular day even when they don't have the product in stock! If Thurgo is so keen to make the maximum positive impact in terms of customer experience it is going to require a little extra effort & honesty at times. This is where Thurgo fails. I've read a fair sample of reviews so have formulated my opinion based on the negative ones including mine where there is a familiar theme. Thurgo either delivers in a timely fashion or they don't. My order was placed on March 3rd & finally arrived on March 20th after numerous phone calls to them. There also seems to be a problem with their payment system because I had numerous emails saying they were waiting for payment when payment was made during the order process. Never again!
Be wise with your money & don't pay those exorbitant high street bank charges. This is the best alternative I've found for transferring money abroad. It's much cheaper than high street banks and fast. I've used it twice now & am very happy with the service. Recommended to anyone looking to avoid hefty bank charges.
