Terrible Customer Service

Agreed a delivery date when contacted by First Furniture but products were delivered 3 days before the agreed date so I wasn't prepared for them. Products delivered on a pallet and had touble getting delivery company to take pallet away with them. On opening boxes, I found the rear panel of the sideboard looked as if it had been kicked in. Made contact with First via their website email but received no response. Called to discuss solution but First failed to call back as promised. Called again and was advised that product would be replaced in its entirely when a replacement screw-on back would suffice. Asked for call back with timing of replacement but again no call back from First. I've no idea when the problem will be solved. Looks like I will receive another pallet and be required to re-box a sideboard when problem could have been resolved by sending me a replacement back panel.

Hi John, thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear of your poor experience. Unfortunately some suppliers do not offer spare parts and replace complete items. Could you please supply your order number and I will check into this for you and hopefully we can resolve this!
