I was annoyed with Gadget Cover as 13 days in after setting up my cover,they had not sent me any policy details, which leaves you no time to take advantage of the 14 day cooling off period
After 13 days and 3 irate emails they finally sent me my details, which does not fill me with any confidence if I ever need to make a claim.
